Square Enix just announced Chaos Rings III: Trilogy Prequel for the PS Vita. Alongside Chaos Rings III Prequel Trilogy, Square Enix will be releasing Chaos Rings III for iOS and Android devices. Both titles we be released this 16th October in Japan.
The PS Vita version will be getting a special packing release. The special package contains a cardbook drawn by Yusuko Naora and Reo Obata, a soundtrack sampler featuring 12 remastered tracks, a novel and the game for 10,584 yen. The normal retail version will cost 4,800 yen, while the PSN (not PSM) will cost 4,300 yen.
Noriyasu Agematsu of Wild Arms fame will be composing the original soundtrack of the game, while Yusuko Naora is in charge of the character art. Like the previous entries in the series, Chaos Rings III will be featuring a turn-based battle system.
Chaos Rings III: Trilogy Prequel is the second release in series for the PS Vita. The first Chaos Rings title was released under PSM (PlayStation Mobile).
